The style is called Raja Yoga, The Royal Path and includes all aspects of Yoga including Asanas (postures), Pranayama (yogic breathing practices), Subtle Body Relaxations, Meditation and Yamas and Niyamas (Personality Changing Practices). The Asanas are done slowly and with full awareness of the body, breath, and mind and held long to strengthen the body. These physical exercises prepare the body for the stillness and stamina needed to maintain a regular meditation practice, as well as emotional balance during ones daily life.

Mary teaches simply enough so that the practices can be done throughout the day to keep one feeling centered and relaxed, even during stressful times! She likes to bring laughter into her classes and loves to talk about anatomy. All ages and body types can practice Hatha Yoga — Mary offers modified versions so that each student can be the best they can be and participate fully in class.

You are left feeling relaxed and energized after a session of Integrated Hatha Yoga. The ultimate goal is Peace of Mind — it is attainable!
